Adorable Vintage Halloween Candle Holder with Kids In Halloween Costumes. This is a beautiful hand painted piece signed in the 1990s . The kids are dressed as a witch, pirate , superhero, farmer and skeleton . All of them surround a pumpkin with a black cat! Could be used to hold a candle, candy or even a succulent planter !
